DIY Music Box with 4000mA Rechargeable Battery, 2*3 Watt Speaker, Bluetooth, AUX, SD Card, USB & FM

In this post, I will share how to make a Music Box with 4000mA Rechargeable Battery, 2*3 Watt Speaker, Bluetooth, AUX, SD Card, USB & FM.

To build this I am using a 5V MP3 Encoder which has features like Bluetooth, AUX, SD Card, USB & FM, and Remote to control all the operations

First, connect the power ports of the MP3 Encoder module to the DC Connector

Next, connect the Amplifier to MP3 Encoder Module, Speaker & FM Antenna.

For the Amplifier, I am using a low-cost PAM8403 amplifier which is a 3 Watt, class-D audio amplifier.

For speakers, I am using 2*3 Watt speakers. While connecting the speakers look for the poles on the speakers (which will be marked on the connecting pads) and connect accordingly.

For Antenna I am using 30 Cm long Telescopic Antenna

Next, I designed my case using FreeCAD which is an open course parametric 3D modeler software and then printed it using my Ender 3 3D printer-source parametric 3D modeler

Next, I added a 18650 Lithium 4000mA rechargeable battery with 5 Volt 18650 Lithium Battery Charger With Protection Module. The battery capacity gives you a backup of around 120 Minutes. You can increase the backup time by increasing the battery capacity (Parallel Battery Connection).

Next, I assembled all the parts into the case and did a final test to check if everything is working fine.
